Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the Rice Krispie Treats and discard the wrappers.
Use a small paring knife to carefully cut a small piece of the top corners of each treat.
Use your fingers to gently round the treat to look like a ghost and insert one popsicle stick into the base.
Place all the Rice Krispie Ghosts onto the baking sheet and put into the fridge for 25 minutes to harden.
Pour the white candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl and melt according to the package instructions.
After 25 minutes, remove the ghosts from the fridge and dip each one into the melted candy. Allow the excess to drip back into the bowl. Use a spoon to cover completely if needed.
Place each candy-coated ghost onto the baking sheet and place back into the fridge to set.
Add the black candy melts to a small sandwich bag. Seal shut and heat in the microwave in 15-second increments until melted.
Snip the corner of the sandwich bag and gently squeeze the chocolate onto the ghosts to form two eyes and a mouth.
Leave to set before serving. Boo!
