- ¾ cup fresh raspberries plus extra for garnish
- ½ lemon sliced, plus extra for garnish
- 5-7 fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
- 1 can sparkling water or light-colored soda
- Ice
Add the raspberries, mint leaves, and sliced lemon to a jug. Gently muddle everything together for 1 minute to release the juices and flavors.
Pour in the sparkling water or soda and stir until combined for 30 seconds.
Fill the glass with ice if using, then garnish with extra raspberries, mint, and lemon slices. Serve and enjoy!
