For the Cocktail:
- 2 ounces Blue Curaçao
- 2 ounces Coconut Rum
- 2 ounces Cranberry Juice
- 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
- 1 ounces Grenadine
- Ice
In a cocktail shaker, combine the blue curaçao, coconut rum, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice.
Shake well until chilled (about 15–30 seconds), then strain into two highball glasses filled with ice.
Slowly drizzle grenadine down the inside edge of the glass—it will sink and create a layered, ombré effect.
Garnish with a cherry, orange slice, and fresh mint. Enjoy!
- The final color of your Purple Paradise Cocktail may vary depending on the exact brands and ratios of juices and liqueurs used.
- For a more vibrant purple hue to match the name, add one small drop of purple gel food coloring and stir gently before serving.
- If you prefer a natural option, swap part of the cranberry juice for butterfly pea flower tea, which turns purple when mixed with citrus.
