Pumpkin Sugar Scrub Bars

These homemade pumpkin sugar scrub bars are fun and easy to make, and add a cute autumnal touch to your bathroom.

Materials

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 oz clear glycerin melt & pour soap base about 1 cube
  • ¼ cup pure cane sugar
  • 5 drops orange soap colorant dye
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice

TOOLS

  • Silicone Pumpkin Ice Cube Tray
  • Glass Measuring Cup/Jug
  • Wooden Stiring Stick
  • Airtight Container (for storing scrubs)

Instructions
 

  • Place the soap base in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave on high for about 15 seconds.
  • Stir in the olive oil, sugar, colorant, and spice and mix well.
  • If it starts to thicken, put back in the microwave for a few seconds.
  • Pour into the pumpkin mold and leave to set for about 1 hour.
  • Pop out the sugar scrub bars and store in an airtight container.
