Cut and bend white pipe cleaners to create the swan's neck, wings, and tail feathers; and orange pipe cleaner to create a beak as shown. The length you use to bend into shape will depend on the size of your pom poms. Pipe cleaners can easily change shape as required!

Glue body and head pompoms to neck pipe cleaner as shown.

Glue googly eyes and beak to the small pom pom to create the swan's face.

Glue the wings and tail to the body as shown, and leave to dry.
