Materials

  • Candy
  • Cellophane/Plastic Party Bags 4"/10cm wide

TOOLS

  • Paper Trimmer or scissors
  • Stapler with staples

Instructions

  • Print as many labels as you need onto good-quality white paper or cardstock.
Plastic party bags, printed labels and scissors.
  • Cut the labels out using a paper trimmer or scissors. Fold each label in half and set them aside.
  • Add candy to your cellophane bags. Do not fill completely as you will need space at the top for the label. Lay the bags down to spread the candy out and press the air from the bags.
    Candy inside plastic bags.
  • Fold the top of the bag over a couple of times, as required.
Top of plastic bags folded over.
  • Place the folded label over the top of the bag and staple on either side. Ensure the staples go through the bag to hold the label in place.

Notes

Another way to make favor bags: Punch a hole into the folded labels and tie them to the bags with ribbon.
