Lucky Charms Treats

Make these fun and yummy Lucky Charms cereal treats for St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsps butter
  • 10 oz/285g marshmallows
  • 5 cups Lucky Charms cereal

Instructions

  • Grease an 8" square baking pan well with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a large pan over low heat.

  • Add the marshmallows to the pan and stir until completely melted.


  • Remove from the heat and add the Lucky Charms cereal. Stir until everything is coated with the marshmallow and butter mixture.

  • Pour into prepared baking pan and use the back of a wet spoon to press down evenly.
  • Press in some extra Lucky Charms marshmallow bits on top if you like.

  • Place in fridge to cool for a couple of hours.
  • Remove from pan and cut into 2" squares. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can also line the baking pan with aluminum foil and grease well with cooking spray. Leave some foil overhanging the edges of the pan so you can lift out the Lucky Charms treats easily. 
  • You can melt the butter and marshmallows in the microwave if you prefer. Melt in 30-second increments stirring well to combine before adding the cereal.
