Luck of the Irish Cocktail

A fruity whiskey cocktail made with pineapple juice, peach schnapps, and lime soda, shaken together and served over ice for a refreshing St. Patrick’s Day drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 2 ounces Peach Schnapps
  • 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 2 ounces Lime Sparkling Soda
  • Green food coloring
  • Ice Cubes
  • Maraschino Cherries and mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Add Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice,1 drop of green food color, and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake for 25 seconds
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top off with lime sparkling soda
  • Garnish with cherries and mint

Notes

To make a big batch of this cocktail, as long as you use the same size measure for 1 part, the ratios will be correct. Just follow the recipe above.
  • 3 parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 2 parts Peach Schnapps
  • 2 parts Pineapple Juice
  • 3 parts Lime Soda
Add green food coloring to get the desired shade of green and serve over ice with cherry and mint garnish.
