Luck of the Irish Cocktail
A fruity whiskey cocktail made with pineapple juice, peach schnapps, and lime soda, shaken together and served over ice for a refreshing St. Patrick’s Day drink.

3 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey 2 ounces Peach Schnapps 3 ounces Pineapple Juice 2 ounces Lime Sparkling Soda Green food coloring Ice Cubes Maraschino Cherries and mint leaves for garnish optional
Add Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice,1 drop of green food color, and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
Shake for 25 seconds
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Top off with lime sparkling soda
Garnish with cherries and mint
To make a big batch of this cocktail, as long as you use the same size measure for 1 part, the ratios will be correct. Just follow the recipe above.
3 parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 parts Peach Schnapps
2 parts Pineapple Juice
3 parts Lime Soda
Add green food coloring to get the desired shade of green and serve over ice with cherry and mint garnish.
