Transfer the hummus and fig jam into small bowls and place them on your board. You can add garnish to the hummus such as olive oil, fresh herbs, nuts, etc.
Create towers of crackers, then lay them down around the edges of the board, so that they stack neatly in a row.
Clean, peel, deseed, and cut vegetables as required. Cut bell peppers and celery into batons, slice cucumbers into rounds, break the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets, snap the tough end from the asparagus (gently bend the spears and it will naturally break at the tough point), and slice Brussels sprouts in half.
Create clusters and piles of the prepared vegetables in and around the bowls and crackers on the board.
Finish the board by adding cubes of cheese, olives, lemon wedges, and other garnish such as fresh herbs if desired. Add serving tongs and spoons, serve, and enjoy!
