To make the pink layer, place pomegranate liquor, mango liquor, pineapple rum, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds to combine thoroughly.
Divide the mixture between two empty 8-oz glasses and stir 1 teaspoon of gold shimmer dust into each glass. Add ice to the glasses.
To make the blue layer, place Blue Curaçao and guava juice into a clean cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds to combine thoroughly.
Gently pour the blue layer on top of the pink layer in the glass.
