Hawaiian Waikiki Beach - Pineapple Rum Cocktail
One sip of this fabulous tropical Pineapple Rum Cocktail will transport your mind to Hawaii and the famous Waikiki beach!

- 2 oz Pomegranate Liquor
- 2 oz Mango Schnapps or Rum
- 4 oz Pineapple Rum
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz Blue Curaçao
- 4 oz Guava Juice
- 2 tsp Gold Cake Shimmer Dust
Optional Garnish
- Maraschino Cherries
- Pineapple Wedges
- Pineapple Leaves
Instructions
- To make the pink layer, place pomegranate liquor, mango liquor, pineapple rum, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds to combine thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture between two empty 8-oz glasses and stir 1 teaspoon of gold shimmer dust into each glass. Add ice to the glasses.
- To make the blue layer, place Blue Curaçao and guava juice into a clean cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds to combine thoroughly.
- Gently pour the blue layer on top of the pink layer in the glass.
- Garnish as desired and enjoy!
