Halloween Rice Krispies Pops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 Rice Krispies Squares
  • 12 oz black Candy Melts
  • ½ cup orange Candy Melts
  • 8 popsicle or lollipop sticks
  • Black and orange Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Open the Rice Krispies Squares and discard the wrappers.
  • Insert a popsicle or lollipop stick into the base of each treat and place on the baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 25 minutes.
  • Melt the black Candy Melt according to package instructions.
  • Remove the treats from the fridge and dip into the melted candy, using a spoon to completely cover. Allow excess to drip back into the bowl.
  • Place the candy coated treats back on the baking sheet and repeat the process until all Rice Krispie treats are covered. Leave to set.
  • Once the covered treats are set, pour half a cup of orange Candy Melts into a small, microwave-safe sandwich bag. Heat in the microwave in 15 second increments, gently squeezing until melted.
  • Once melted, use scissors to snip off the corner of the bag and squeeze over the treats in a back and forth, zig zag motion.
  • Sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles and leave to set before serving.
