Ingredients

Instructions

  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick baking spray and cover with wax paper, leaving some overhang around the sides. Lightly spray the wax paper as well and set aside.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a large heat-safe mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Place the condensed milk, vanilla, and green food coloring in a medium saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer.
  • Once the milk has started simmering, pour it over the chocolate chips, and leave to sit for 1 minute.
  • Quickly whisk the chocolate chips and milk together until combined and smooth.
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and cover the top with the holiday sprinkles.
  • Place the heart-shaped sprinkles evenly across so that each slice of fudge receives a heart!
  • Leave at room temperature for 2 hours to set, or place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • When fully set, lift the fudge from the dish using the wax paper overhang and carefully peel away from the sides of the fudge.
  • Cut into approximately 16 squares. Enjoy and Merry Christmas!

Notes

It lasts for up to one week at room temperature in an airtight container, or up to three weeks when store in the fridge.
