These refreshing Grapefruit Margaritas are a twist on a classic cocktail and perfect for the long hot days of summer.

- Lime wedge
- Kosher or sea salt to rim glasses
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
- Grapefruit slices optional garnish
- 1 oz honey or simple syrup to sweeten optional
Use the lime wedge (or dab water) to wet the rim of your glass.
Place the salt in a shallow, wide bowl and rotate the rim of your glass in the salt.
Fill glass with ice.
Pour the Tequila into your prepared glass, followed by the Triple Sec, then top with grapefruit juice.
If you want a sweeter drink, add honey or simple syrup to the glass and stir.
Garish with a grapefruit slice. Enjoy!
