Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas4. Place 13 mini loaf cases onto a baking/cookie sheet and set them aside.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and bicarbonate of soda. Add the caster sugar.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and oil together.
Peel the bananas, and mash them with a fork. Add the mashed bananas and wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Use a spatula or wooden spoon to combine the ingredients.
Fold the dried fruit and nuts into the mixture.
Divide the mixture between the mini loaf cases.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted cocktail stick comes out clean. Enjoy the mini banana bread loaves warm from the oven, or transfer them to a wire rack to cool.
