Ingredients

  • 2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 2 oz Vanilla Rum
  • 2 oz Blue Curaçao
  • Ice
  • 10 oz Sprite or other Lemon-Lime Soda
  • Maraschino Cherry for garnish, optional

For Glass Rim

  • Simple Syrup
  • Candy Cane crushed

Instructions

  • Pour some simple syrup into a shallow dish, and the crushed candy canes into another dish.
  • Roll the rim of the glasses into syrup and then dip them into the crushed candy canes. Set aside.
  • Place the peppermint schnapps, vanilla rum, and blue curaçao into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until combined.
  • Pour into candy cane glasses filled with ice cubes and top up with Sprite.
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry if using.
