To make the jelly bean vodka, place 1 cup of jelly beans into a large, sterilized mason jar and pour over 2 cups of vodka.
Screw on the lid and shake together.
Leave for 24-48 hours, shaking occasionally.
Strain the jelly bean vodka through a paper coffee filter or cheesecloth to remove the leftover candy and store the liquor in a clean, sterilized jar or bottle.
If you want to add a sugar rim to your glasses, rub the lime wedge around the rim of the glasses and dip them into a saucer filled with sugar sprinkles. Set them aside.
To make the cocktail, pour the jelly bean vodka (or mixed berry vodka) and blue curaçao into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well for 15-30 seconds to combine.
Strain into glasses filled with ice and top up with Sprite. Stir to combine.
Add garnish of jelly beans, mint leaves, strawberries, and bunny ears as desired. Enjoy and Happy Easter!
