To make the brownies, preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 (or according to box instructions). Line an 11" x 17" baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang.
Using an electric handheld or stand mixer, place the brownie mix and other listed ingredients on the box into a large bowl and mix until combined and smooth.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Leave to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting and decorating.
Use an egg-shaped cookie cutter to cut eggs from the sheet of brownie. Make sure to cut economically so as not to waste the brownie! (and leftover brownie could be turned into cake pops!)

Spread a layer of white frosting on each brownie egg before decorating with colored frosting and sprinkles.
