  • ⅛ cup clear corn syrup
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Dulce De Leche ice cream softened
  • 8 oz Select Club Sea Salted Caramel Liqueur
  • 4 oz Smirnoff Whipped Cream Vodka
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Pour the corn syrup onto a small plate.
  • Dip the rim of 4 (2-oz) shot glasses into the corn syrup.
    Sprinkle the ground cinnamon onto the corn syrup rim, turning the glass around as you do. Set the glasses aside.
  • Place the softened ice cream, caramel liqueur, and vodka into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture into the prepared shot glasses and pipe whipped cream on top.
  • Dust with additional cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
