Dragon Fruit Pineapple Margaritas

Ingredients

For Glass Rim

  • Lime Wedge
  • Salt or Sugar

For the Margaritas

  • Fresh Yellow Dragon Fruit flesh cut into cubes, to yield about 2 oz juice
  • 4 oz Tequila
  • 4 oz Triple Sec
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz Tropical Fruit juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice

For Garnish

  • Dragon Fruit Slices
  • Lime Slices
  • Pineapple Wedges
  • Pineapple Leaves

Instructions

  • To add salt or sugar rim to margarita glasses, pour some salt (or sugar) onto a plate. Then, rub the lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Dip the glass rim into the salt (or sugar) and twist. Fill glasses with ice and set them aside.
  • Place the dragon fruit into the center of some cheesecloth and squeeze the juice out of the fruit into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Place the Tequila, Triple Sec, pineapple juice, tropical fruit juice, and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well for 15-30 seconds to combine.
  • Pour into the prepared glasses.
  • Garnish with dragon fruit, lime, pineapple wedges, and/or leaves as desired. Cheers!
