To add salt or sugar rim to margarita glasses, pour some salt (or sugar) onto a plate. Then, rub the lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Dip the glass rim into the salt (or sugar) and twist. Fill glasses with ice and set them aside.
Place the dragon fruit into the center of some cheesecloth and squeeze the juice out of the fruit into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Place the Tequila, Triple Sec, pineapple juice, tropical fruit juice, and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well for 15-30 seconds to combine.
Pour into the prepared glasses.
Garnish with dragon fruit, lime, pineapple wedges, and/or leaves as desired. Cheers!
