Cinnamon Balls Gluten/Dairy Free for Passover
I got the recipe from my mother-in-law, so the measurements are imperial rather than metric.

- 2 egg whites
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 8 oz ground almonds
- 1 level tbsp ground cinnamon
- Icing sugar for dusting
Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
Fold in the ground almonds, sugar and cinnamon.
Form into a dough.
Shape into balls, around 1" diameter.
Place on a baking sheet covered with baking parchment.
Cook at Gas Mark 3 (160C) for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar.
