I've provided the quantities I used to make this salad - but it was a bit give or take - I didn't use all the lettuce, as it was too much, I used the excess in a regular salad. And I found I used a bit more dressing - good thing I bought two bottles!

Ingredients
2x cooked chicken breastsskinless and boneless, chopped into bite size pieces
300gpasta shapescooked according to package instructions (spirali, penne, fusilli etc)
1iceberg or romaine lettuceroughly chopped
100gparmesan shavings
250mlCaesar Dressing
200gcroutonsI used garlic and herb
Extra parmesan for grating on top.
Instructions
Allow the chicken and pasta to cool before combing with the lettuce, parmesan shavings, and Caesar dressing. Add the dressing in stages and combine - you don't want too much (or too little!)
If serving immediately, stir in the croutons and grate some extra parmesan on top.
If serving later, store the prepared chicken and pasta in the fridge till required and add the croutons and extra parmesan when ready to serve.
