Ingredients
8oz/ 225g Brierind removed and cut into 30 small cubes
6oz/ 170g frozen dark cherriesthawed and cut into small pieces, reserve juice
3Tbspreal maple syrup
30frozen phyllofilo cups
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4 and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place phyllo cups on the sheet and add one piece of Brie to each cup.
Divide the chopped cherries and juice between the cups.
Drizzle a little maple syrup over each cup and place in preheated oven for 7 – 10 minutes, or until the brie is completely melted. While baking, make sure the phyllo cups do not burn.
