Hi Janine - that&#039;s amazing! This is how we like them, and I&#039;m glad they taste just like your great aunts. As to the right amount of seasoning - I honestly don&#039;t measure when making this recipe. My one suggestion is to season the meat, and fry off a small patty and taste it (it&#039;s what my dad used to do!) and adjust if needed.]]></description>
