I made this yesterday. It was gorgeous. We had a large bap each, which I lightly toasted on one side. I then put the pork inside. We had a salad and a few chips with it. We are eating the leftovers today

My goodness I love pulled pork so much and find it’s much better done in a slow cooker, rather than the oven! Although I will use you idea for seasoning…..
