Halloween Balloons at Magic Kingdom

It was around this point that Steve and I parted ways with my brother and his girlfriend. I’m not sure if they stayed on to watch the second showing of the parade, but we most certainly did! We had made the decision to move to the bottom the bottom of Main Street USA and into the Town Square so that we could make an easy exit when the parade was finished.

With HalloWishes running an hour late, the parade was behind schedule too – by now it was after midnight! Oh, I should mention that because of the rain, the Headless Horseman did not make an appearance – and I was gutted! I really wanted to try and get a photo of him for my blog but it was not meant to be. Wait! And another thing! When the Pirates of the Caribbean float rolled around, the pirates were carrying mops instead of their usual flags which I thought was very funny!

We got into [what has become our] favourite parade spot and waited for the familiar theme tune of the parade to fill our ears! While you wait, Disney PhotoPass photographers go around and take quick snaps – we got one this time – yay! To close out, here are my photos of Mickey’s Boo To You Halloween Parade at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. And I will not leave you waiting so long for day 16!
