I’ve been sharing some of my fitness tips these last few days, as it is my aim this year to get my fitness levels back up. One of the big things for me is ways that I can exercise without the need to go to the gym. There are a couple of reasons for this – one being the expense, but also, because I’ve lost my confidence, going to the gym is too huge a step for me to take at the moment.
I followed some of Tesco Living’s ideas for ways to get fit without going to the gym, and they’ve helped a lot – make sure you check them out, I hope that they give you the inspiration that they gave me! My personal favourite is using games on our Wii – it never really feels like exercise! But I know it’s working, because I find myself being able to work out for longer, or find certain moves easier.
