Not to mention expensive! It’s so easy to put together a salad if you have some basics in the store cupboard. Most of the salads I make up at home get beans thrown in – that way they make a substantial lunch :D

I adore salads and always make them myself as shop bought ones are always so boring and just contain the basics like lettuce, cucumber and tomato. One of my favourites is tuna because I find I don’t always need to add a dressing. I am going to try this one as adding the beans will add fibre to my diet (which I need just now lol!)
