My first 2013 weigh-in and I lost 3lbs today. Every month I will take a self-portrait (with my iPhone, I find it easiest with that!) to see how my weight goes down. I regret not keeping a record in 2011 when I lost 70lbs, so rectifying that this year :D
I had put on some weight before I started again, so this isn’t ‘new weight’…yet…I’ll be jumping for joy when that starts happening!
