Having to isolate is making SW a bit more tricky esp as getting various ingredients isn't so easy right now either, but stay determined and do the best you can! Good Luck!

Very interesting .. I am a X slimming world member . I reached my target weight loosing over 2 stones I also gained all certificates for fitness . I then became poorly unable to workout & my weight soared one stone gained . I managed to gain control back exercising gym Pilates then as this corona virus forced me to isolate I live alone. Disaster strikes no structure unable to buy all healthy foods weight gain I dare not stand in the scales ? Wearing pjs n loungewear every day for 3 weeks is no incentive !!!
I do have good fitness options I can use at home so I start tmrw . I may reward myself to fish pie with phily once my weight is back on track ! Wish me luck :)
