Oh they looked amazing. Fajitas always mean empty plates here too. We love guacamole too and fresh is the only way to go. Delicious

Try the Caribbean or World Foods section of your supermarket – that’s where I generally always find them – although not always. When I see them I stock up – they’re cheap!

We like Santa Maria products and like to use use them to mix up our own versions of Mexican dishes – like the sound of black beans – should be able to find those somewhere near here.

We love fajita’s but I have to admit we do them straight from the packet with only the extras they recommend – am so going to add black beans now and your guacomole sounds delicious
