Art Therapy… Do you paint, draw, sculpt, colour in… partaking in art can really help to relax and calm you. To make it part of your Project 365, take a photograph of your completed (or partially completed) work.
Here is my photo for day 78 of my finished picture that I sat and coloured in :D I’ve subscribed to a part-work colouring magazine, and I have to say, that yes, it really does help. Colouring this picture in helped to calm me down and reduce stress.
