That’s really interesting to learn – all the recipes I found had eggs in them! I wonder how they make a custard without eggs??

One of the team is Brazilian, so he phoned his sister to get her recipe…the trick is no eggs apparently, and his recipe beat all the others hands down.

I do love them so much though. Really delicious.
