					<description><![CDATA[The concept of these truffles is amazing but there’s a few issues with the recipe. First, the small amount of heated cream was not enough to melt the 2 cups of chocolate. Maybe this is where it all went wrong, but I then had to use a double boiler to melt the remainder of the chocolate. After sitting in the fridge for 6 hours, it still hadn’t set enough to roll it into the truffle shapes. I even tried to spread some thin on a pan to freeze and make bark with and it never froze. Between the tequila and the large amount of liquid, I don’t see how you could ever shape these into balls. So now I just have a dip?]]></description>
