Day 4 of National Cupcake Week is here! Today I’m sharing delicious looking filled cupcakes…these delights surprise you with a delicious filling in the centre of the cupcake when you bite into it! I bought some cupcakes from the supermarket for my sister’s Cocktail & Dreams Hen Party, and it was a delight to discover that there was a gooey centre when we bit into the cupcakes! Alas, I’ve not yet made filled cupcakes, but they’re on the to-do list!
