					<description><![CDATA[I made these using smoked ham hocks and Mexican ham broth (from the Latino Isle of our grocery).  I did add a bit more liquid about halfway through, but my oh MY these were so good!  My suggestion is to get the smokiest meat you can find because that makes the difference.  Alter the heat as you wish.  You can always add more but it&#039;s hard to take it away.]]></description>
