June Roundup Project 365 2015

So here we are – at the end of the June, and 30 photographs taken for Project 365 : 2015.

Let’s digest that for a moment – no pun intended after all the food photos this month! End of June… We are now into the second half of the year, summer is in full swing, as there is a heatwave currently blanketing the UK, and I’ve taken 181 photographs for Project 365 : 2015. I mean, I’ve taken thousands more, but that is the number we are at if you started your own P365 on 1st January 2015!

As I’ve already said, this month I’ve been taking photographs of food. I did a 30-day restart on my Paleo plan, which I’ve been doing for a few months now and loving it. I’m actually eating more food than I was before and am losing weight – hooray! Going back to swimming and seeing a personal trainer has really helped me, and I  have always known, for me, it’s not about the food, but the exercise.

I don’t really have any stand out favourites from this month, but Day 181 – Heatwave, with the bright sunshine is the perfect one to end the month on! I feel really uplifted today, which makes a HUGE change for me – and, despite feeling poorly *cough, sniff, sneeze* as well, it’s still not dampened my spirits. I’ve not felt this mentally good for a long time, and I hope that it continues!

Here are all of my Project 365 : 2015 photographs for June. I’d love to know your favourite(s) – why not tell me in the comments section?

Project 365 ideas and tips…

As well as a photo a day, I also include an idea or tip each day too. It’s not always easy to think of one, but I do my best and hope that you find them helpful for your own Project 365! Here are all 30 tips for June.
