They don’t last very long in our house to be honest! But I’d say at least a week if stored in an airtight container or tin.

I felt very emotional making the cinnamon balls today (09/04/2020) as this is our first Passover without my Jewish mother-in-law. Can’t really celebrate Passover properly this year anyway, what with lockdown but trying to include a few familiar things to mark the occasion. Good Yom Tov! I’m not Jewish but Pesach was my favourite of all the festivals and we promised my mother-in-law that we’d keep the tradition going.
