It’s been a while since I posted any photographs from one of my nature treasure hunts, which is what I call it when I go looking for ‘shrooms in the wild! I don’t pick them to eat, I just love discovering them and then photographing my treasures! I went out on a walk this morning and was live Instagramming the different fungi as I found them – you can join in with me on Fridays if you like – it’s not always a regular thing, but it’s ongoing! This lot are from a couple of days ago – pretty much the same as the ones I found this morning!

Mushrooms, toadstools, ‘shrooms, fungi…whatever they’re called, I just love finding them when out walking in the forest! It’s like I’ve found a little treasure! Oh, the simple things in life!
