Day 7: She’s Back! / Four Resorts, Two Festivals 2019
Home » Everything Disney » Walt Disney World Trip Reports » Day 7: She’s Back! / Four Resorts, Two Festivals 2019 »Lunchtime! And we stopped by Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe for a bite to eat.
The food here is Tex-Mex and Southwestern with dishes like nachos, fajitas, rice bowls and salads. You can grab a burger too, as well as desserts like mini churros and donut holes.
We’ve always enjoyed the food we’ve had at Pecos Bills, it’s quick-service food, so it’s not outstanding, but for a quick lunch or dinner, it’s just fine.
The bonus is the fixings bar that is included in the price of your entrée and you can choose from with toppings like salsa, sour cream, pickles, and cheese.
Unfortunately the fixings bar is currently closed thanks to the pandemic.

We headed into Adventureland next and to the Enchanted Tiki Room which I just LOVE!
The audio-animatronic show features a menagerie of exotic birds, exotic flowers, and tiki statues, and you can’t help but singalong!
We then found ourselves over in Fantasyland where we watched Mickey’s PhilharMagic, a 3D movie with musical tracks from various Disney movies. The screen is a huge, 180-degree wraparound which really draws you into the whole experience. Another must-do for us!
We also had a FastPass+ for Under the Sea – Journey of The Little Mermaid – a ride which we have never been on before!
It was a sweet little ride where you travel in clamshells and go “under the sea” – but don’t actually get wet! The story of The Little Mermaid is told through a variety of audio-animatronic scenes and we thought it was fab.
