…Continued from Part 3…

As we were having dinner, the sun began to set, so Steve nipped outside to take a panoramic shot on his phone – how beautiful does it look? The Boardwalk really comes to life when the sun goes down.

Following dinner, we decided to get the Friendship Boat over to Epcot to catch Illuminations: Reflections of Earth. So glad we did, as we didn’t get a chance to go and watch it any other time during our trip! *kicks self*

We walked into World Showcase just as the drums began to play and hurried to find somewhere to watch the fireworks from. As luck would have it, we found a great spot, which I think was just by The Rose and Crown in the UK Pavilion – don’t think we’ve ever had such a good view!

Illuminations: Reflections of Earth are a stunning firework and laser display, I don’t think I could ever get tired of watching this, and the cheers from the crowd when they end is always so loud!

For fireworks (because I don’t know the proper settings!) I tend to use burst mode, and I managed to make these two animations of them all together :D

With the fireworks over, we decided to take a slow stroll out to catch a bus *shudders* back to Old Key West. Thankfully, by the time we got to the bus stop, we didn’t have to wait too long. Along the way, I took photos of one of my favourite things at Walt Disney World – Spaceship Earth (or the giant golf ball for the untrained!). It is such a marvellous structure during the day, but at night, all lit up, it just comes alive!

Back at home, we fell into bed, with me being a little bit too excited for picking up a hire car!
