We then headed back to Disney’s BoardWalk Villas, where our luggage had been transferred from our previous resort, and we could unpack and settle in for the final days of our Disney 2019 trip!

Remember I said that there are some strange décor choices at BoardWalk? Well, we already had the scary clown slide in the pool, but now I present the creepy kid’s chairs in the lobby. You can see two of them flanking the fireplace.

Now the elephant at the top is super cool, but those chairs… that’s a NOPE from me! I may have some close-up photos of them on another day, but this is all I have for today. Probably for the best!!

Upon returning to our room we discovered another gift from Disney – a pair of Disney badges and a signed picture of Mickey & Minnie for our anniversary. Such an awesome thing to find in our room – don’t you just love Disney magic?!

We decided to pop to Epcot again for a little while – with it also being in walking distance of BoardWalk, we figured we’d see what the route was, as we would be heading to Epcot tomorrow for the first day of Epcot Flower & Garden Festival 2019!

You can catch a Friendship Boat across the water from the dock at BoardWalk, but if you walk to the end of the BoardWalk where the ESPN Club is, you’ll find the walkway and bridge over to Epcot (and if you want, you can continue round to Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts too.

We didn’t do much at Epcot other than walk around World Showcase Lagoon, soaking in the general atmosphere, before heading back to enjoy the BoardWalk.

Our quick trip to Epcot done, we headed back to walk along the whole length of the BoardWalk which is actually something we have never done before.

There are actually quite a lot more places to eat and drink than I had realised, and a few nice shops to look in too.

We spent quite a lot of time look at all of the art in the Wyland Galleries of Florida and if I had the cash to spare I think I would have ended up purchasing something! So here is my own gallery of sorts with photos of some of the paintings and sculptures that I personally loved.
