It’s just a quick post this week, since I’ve been mega busy and not as keepy uppy with #100DaysOfDisney as I should be!
I’m talking about the American fairground snack – corn dogs! The best way to describe one of these tasty treats if you don’t know what they are is as follows: it’s a hot dog sausage, covered in a cornmeal batter and then deep fried – oh, and it’s on a stick! Food on a stick is AWESOME!
I wish I could list all the places that you can buy corn dogs around Walt Disney World, but alas, I can’t. We bought one at Animal Kingdom on our first trip. Will be hunting them down this year!
I have made corn dogs at home – they’re actually fairly easy to make, although, I couldn’t get the batter right, so they looked more like the battered sausages that we buy at the chippy than a traditional American corn dog!
Have you ever eaten a corn dog?
Day 65 of #100DaysOfDisney is done – 35 to go!
