It’s a taste you never forget that’s for sure! I’ve got the flavour down to my perfection (if that makes sense!) so I hope you enjoy this recipe!

For a quick version, I make mine with ready-made chicken stock, but you could boil a chicken with an onion and use that stock to make the soup – that way you shred the chicken and use it in the soup.
