					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the recipe! I found it on Pinterest because I was looking up what to do with cauliflower rice, leftover turkey and fresh mushrooms. The recipe was delicious with minimal changes. I used butter and olive oil when sauteing the veggies and added about a tablespoon of flour to make a roux and I used Parmesan, Romano and mozzarella cheese because that is what I had on hand. I will definitely make it again!]]></description>
