Home » Photography »Project 365 Tip! Colour Splash III I took a photo of a rose, I started messing around with curves and levels, and ended up with a black background. A bit of cloning to cover some bits that didn’t turn black, and then a crop, I ended up with this! I love it. I wish I knew the technique for taking photos on perfectly black backgrounds, something for me to learn. In the meantime I have to just fake it! The original images is below today’s photo.
