When we went to Walt Disney World in 2011 one of the things we loved doing was meeting the characters! And you can’t meet the characters without getting an autograph!

I made our autograph book last time we went to Orlando, and I’ve made another one for 2013 (•‿•) and here it is….

It is super easy to make your own autograph book, and makes things a lot more personalised than if you buy a pre-made one…although there is nothing wrong with that! You can buy them in the stores in the Disney Parks, along with a big fat pen too so that the characters can sign a page in your book!

I went and bought a spiral bound sketch pad – but anything with blank pages would be fine. This one I bought from The Range for a few pounds. I knew I had a few Disney stickers lying around in my craft supply box, and I also picked up a few more when I was in the shop. I wanted this autograph book to be as simple to make as possible as a lot of my supplies are still packed away after our house move.

I started with some red with white polka dots washi tape which got wrapped around the side of the front cover, and then using puffy alphabet stickers, managed to fit on the words “Autograph Book 2013” which my husband keeps taking the mickey out of me, saying it is an auto-grap-haboo *rolleyes*

On the back I stuck down the word “Disney” and just threw a load of stickers randomly about!

I decorated the inside with stickers as well – I had some scrapbooking stickers left over from my previous autograph book (above)…

I then decorated each page – well, some of the pages, with stickers of the characters that I hope we’ll meet (and that I had stickers for!!) The characters really got a kick out of seeing themselves on the pages the last time we went, and it helps me to keep the autographs all nicely organised as well! I can always add images when we come home of the ones I didn’t have stickers for.

The back inside cover was home to more random stickers so that I could use them up!

I’ll leave this post with some of the photographs from when we met characters in 2011 – can’t wait to meet them all again!!
