Cranberry Apple Sauce
Home » COOK » Recipes » Sauces & Dips »This is the first year that I have never cooked turkey for Christmas! It felt weird I have to admit, but I did cook Orange & Rosemary Duck and Christmas Pulled Pork and this cranberry and apple sauce that I made went well with both of those dishes. It also goes well, when cold, with cheese and cold meats.
Hubby has suggested I turn the mix into a crumble, which isn’t a bad idea either! And I spooned some over ice-cream for a festive dessert. It’s a really versatile sauce!
