Last Minute Valentine’s Day Cookies

Still not given your Valentine a gift today? (bit like me…!) well, this is so last minute, that I’ve just made these and have them all ready for when hub’s comes home from work, so there is no excuse not to give your loved one something sweet for Valentine’s Day!!

You will need a couple of supplies, and I’m hoping most will have some of these in their cupboards…your Valentine’s favourite cookies, some icing or [melted]chocolate and sprinkles. Got them? Great! Read on! Not got them? Can you dash to the shops? Great! Read on!

I had some white cookie icing in a pouch, so I cut that open and squeezed it into a bowl and thinned it a little with some milk. No icing? Why not melt some chocolate instead? Using a spatula I then spread some icing onto the top of each cookie (in this case, Oreos) and went nuts with red and pink sprinkles! All done!

I had some gel icing pens and piped on xox’s and ♥’s and they’re all done and waiting for my loved one for when he come’s home from work :D

So last minute, and they only took minutes to make!
