Day 14 of Crafty October here at The Purple Pumpkin Blog and I've made Trick or Treat Candy Tubes!
They started life as toilet roll tubes, and now hold candy for when the trick or treaters come to call on October 31st!
I started off by painting all my tubes black. As well as toilet roll tubes, I also halved kitchen roll tubes.
I flattened down one end of the tube, and sealed with black insulating tape as it is nice and strong.
In with [wrapped] candy, and then flattened in the other direction and sealed with tape again.
With all of my tubes assembled, and not looking remotely tube like, but I didn't know what else to call these, I stuck on some circular toppers that I designed, and which I have made available for you to download!

They've all been put to one side for when Halloween rolls around - I do have a lot more to make since I've been asking everyone I know to save me tubes!
It makes giving out the sweets to the kids when they come knocking at Halloween a little more fun!
