Day 11 of Crafty October brings you 'Decorate Your Own Halloween Photo Frames' I bought some cheap photo frames from the pound shop, and used some bits and bobs from my craft stash. This is what I came up with...
So with my supplies assembled - photo frames, deco paper, Halloween stickers, glue and varnish, I got to work!
However, when unwrapping one of the frames, I managed to break the glass...don't ask, I don't even know!
Well, I had to remove the glass any way, and then using PVA glue, spread a layer on one side of the frame, and began to lay strips of paper over and around the edges. Continuing around until the whole frame was covered.
I left it to dry and then varnished with decoupage gloss and allowed to dry again, before applying the Halloween stickers I had.
I popped in a couple of old Halloween photos that I printed off and all done!
